What we keep, and why.
Last updated 13 October 2026
This notice covers the public website g7systems.xyz. It is written for the businesses that use the free-audit form, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email hello@g7systems.xyz.
Who is responsible
G7 Systems, Dublin, Ireland, is the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@g7systems.xyz.
What the audit form collects
- Business name, your name and phone number (required).
- Your answers to the short quiz: the kind of business, what you want from G7, where enquiries reach you, what hurts most, team size and area, and how soon (optional).
- Email address and your notes (optional).
- The date and time of the submission.
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your audit request and, if you ask us to, to scope the work. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before any agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our service (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share or sell your details. A submission is kept for up to 12 months after our last contact about it, then deleted.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
- The website is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel handles your IP address while delivering the page.
- An alert about your submission is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no cross-site identifiers: visitors are counted with a hash that is discarded after 24 hours. We also count visits and taps on the phone, WhatsApp and email links with our own statistics server, the same way: no cookies, nothing stored on your device, and your IP address is only used to compute a one-day identifier that cannot be turned back into it. No advertising scripts run here. The small notice in the corner says this once; dismissing it stores a single flag in your browser's local storage, not a cookie.
Review cards
If you reach this site by tapping or scanning a G7 review card, the scan is logged without your IP address or full device details: only a salted, non-reversible hash used to drop duplicate taps, a coarse device type and a country code.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email hello@g7systems.xyz and we will answer within a month. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
